This policy explains what information Ring & Ship collects and how it is used.

What we collect

From sellers who use the service: name, business name, email, phone number, product details and billing records.
From visitors who try the free trial: the business name, product and email address entered in the trial form.
On behalf of sellers: the details their customers enter on an order page (name, town, phone, email, order). We process this information only to deliver the seller’s orders.

How we use it

To run the service: building order pages, sending order alerts and emails, checking orders for fake details, monitoring pages, invoicing and answering questions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us

We rely on a few providers to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting and email delivery), an email-checking service to catch fake addresses, and Stripe and PayPal for payments. They receive only what they need for their task.

How long we keep it

Trial information is kept for up to 90 days. Seller and order information is kept while the service is active, then deleted within 90 days after it ends, after you receive your export. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time by writing to hello@ringandship.com. Customers of a seller can write to us too, and we will work with the seller to answer.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to what the service needs.
