Terms of Service

These terms cover the Ring & Ship service: an order page for phone sellers, order alerts by text and email, and the related emails to their customers. By ordering the service, you agree to them.

What we provide

We build and host an order page for your business, send you an alert for each order, send your customers the emails included in your plan, check orders for fake or duplicate details, and monitor your page around the clock. Features depend on the plan you choose (Essential or Complete), as described on ringandship.com.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Setup is $750, paid once before your page goes live. Your plan is then billed monthly ($39 Essential, $59 Complete). Optional extras, such as the pro photo touch-up ($49), are billed only if you ask for them. You pay by credit or debit card through Stripe, and your plan is charged automatically each month until you cancel. On request, we can bill you by PayPal invoice instead.

Term and cancellation

The first three months are a minimum term. After that, the plan continues month to month, and you can stop at any time with 30 days’ written notice to hello@ringandship.com. There are no cancellation fees.

Our guarantee

If not one real customer fills in your order page within 14 days of going live, write to us and we refund the $750 setup in full. Your own tests and our monitoring checks do not count as customers. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Your sales and your money

Your customers pay you directly, by the methods you choose. We never collect, hold or handle payments between you and your customers, and we are not a party to your sales. You are responsible for your products, prices, shipping, taxes and customer service, and for following the laws that apply to your business.

Your customer list

Your customer list belongs to you. We use it only to run your service, we never sell it or share it with other clients, and you get a full export when you leave.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal, misleading or prohibited products, or to send messages to people who did not order from you. We may suspend a page that breaks these rules.

Availability and liability

We work to keep your page running at all times and watch it around the clock, but no online service can promise zero interruptions. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last three months.

Changes

We will tell you by email at least 30 days before any change to these terms or to your price.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
