These terms cover text messages (SMS) from Ring & Ship, sent from (646) 863-5550.

What we text you about

Only your Ring & Ship service: answers to your questions, setup steps for your order page, and account notices. We don’t send ads by text.

How you sign up

You’ll only get texts from us if you ask for them. On the contact form at ringandship.com, you can give your mobile number and tick the box “Text me about my message and my order page.” The box is never ticked for you. If you give your number without ticking it, we won’t text you: we answer by email.

How often

Usually a few texts a month. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop, and we’ll confirm with one last text. Reply HELP, or write to hello@ringandship.com, for help.

Never required

Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything from us.

Your number stays private

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only to talk with you about your Ring & Ship service. We never sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone else for their marketing. The only companies that see it are the ones that deliver our messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
